For tonight's dinner I made stuffed lasagna rolls. So this dinner came about that I did not have enough manicotti shells and I did not have meat to make lasagna so I used the stuffing that I would have used for the manicotti spread it on the lasagna noodles and rolled it up. I put sauce and cheese over it and put in the oven.

This is a great idea Lily! I never would have thought of this idea...I probably would have wasted time and money getting meat. Great job! I bet it was delicious. Yet another item I expect you to make me soon ;)
